Welcome to A Bitta Betta (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information
A Bitta Betta (Pty) Ltd is a South African company specialising in personalised photo magnets.

2. Orders
Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photographs, names, dates and other information submitted with an order are accurate before completing checkout.
Customers are also responsible for cropping and framing their photographs before submitting an order. We are not responsible for any cropping, trimming or framing of images supplied by the customer.
By uploading images, you confirm that:
- You own the images or have permission to use them.
- The images do not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- The images do not contain unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to decline any order that contains content we believe is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
3. Product Information
All of our magnets are individually handmade using the photographs supplied by our customers.
While we strive to ensure accurate colours, the final printed product may differ slightly from the colours displayed on your phone, tablet or computer screen due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.
Minor variations are part of the handmade manufacturing process.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
5. Production & Delivery
Production begins once payment has been received.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary during busy periods.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of the photographs they upload.
By submitting images, customers grant A Bitta Betta permission to use those images solely for the purpose of producing and delivering the ordered products.
We will never sell or commercially use your photographs without your permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
